All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours, depending on what shipping service you have selected. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be contacted via email.

Australian Delivery

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, providing reliable and fully trackable delivery across Australia.

Delivery Options

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details via email.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via Sendle, our trusted carbon-neutral delivery partner.
